"Kualitas pelayanan yang asik. Memberikan tempat yang nyaman kepada pengunjung. Sehingga kita sebagai pengunjung merasakan kekeluargaan di tempat ini. Selain itu, mereka sering menyuguhkan live musik sehingga kita yang menjadi pengunjung tidak akan bosen. Terlebih pada Sabtu malam atau malam Minggu seringkali menggelar acara bedah buku. "Ke sini karena menghadiri acara Microfest yang diadakan Komunitas Akarpohon Mataram. Tidak banyak Cafe yang peduli dengan sastra, tetapi Toms Coffe termasuk yang sedikit itu. Tempatnya tidak luas, tapi cukup luang. Lokasinya agak sedikit tersembunyi, bukan di pinggir jalan raya."
